This 1.5-hour Expert On Demand course is presented by Professor Scott Keller of Michigan State University. The course identifies ways in which warehouse management at companies of all types can improve the performance of their employees. This will, in turn, improve the performance of the warehouse itself and improve the performance of the company as a whole. Professor Keller discusses specific methods of performance improvement including better training, implementation of incentive programs, and more. He also describes how to assess the needs of your warehouse employees - to learn what they need in their daily operations to be better performers. This recorded presentation is based upon an extensive survey conducted by Professor Keller that included more than 700 subjects.
